Rights and Responsibilities

1.2. Our Rights:
We may modify prices, withdraw goods or services (temporarily or permanently), or amend these terms as necessary.

1.3. Changes Notification:
If you haven’t placed an order or subscribed to any services, we are not obligated to notify you of changes to our offerings.

1.4. Product or Service Adjustments:
We may alter goods or services to meet statutory requirements or reflect manufacturer updates but will strive to maintain quality and performance. Substantial changes to an order will be communicated to you in advance.

1.5. Non-Subscription Purchases:
1.5.1. Policies and terms effective at the time of purchase will apply unless retroactive legal changes are required.
1.5.2. We will not significantly alter or withdraw purchased goods or services unless external circumstances necessitate it.
1.5.3. Software purchases require agreement to the software’s licence terms.

1.6. Delivery Timelines:
Delivery estimates are approximate and may be impacted by factors outside our control.

1.7. Export Controls:
Certain goods may be subject to export control laws. You agree not to transfer restricted goods to prohibited entities, nations, or for prohibited uses.

Placing Orders

2.1. Eligibility:
Goods and services are available to eligible individuals, including UK residents aged 18 and over for services with minimum-term contracts.

2.2. Required Information:
You must provide your name, address, payment details, and other necessary information.

2.3. Order Acceptance:
Orders are treated as purchase offers. A contract is formed when goods are dispatched, services begin, or payment is taken—whichever comes first.

2.4. Automated Acknowledgements:
Order confirmations are not an acceptance of your offer to purchase.

2.5. Order Restrictions:
We may limit or reject orders at our discretion before confirming the contract. Where applicable, we will contact you.

Pricing and Payments

3.1. Prices:
Prices, inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated, will be communicated before order acceptance.

3.2. Late Payments:
Failure to pay on time may result in order cancellation and/or interest charges of 2% per calendar month until full payment is made.

3.3. Payment Validation:
Payments are subject to validation checks, and we are not liable for delays caused by failed checks.

3.4. Risk and Ownership:
Risk transfers to you upon receipt of goods, but ownership remains with us until full payment is received.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

4.1. Termination for Breach:
Either party may terminate the agreement with seven days’ notice if the other materially breaches these terms.

4.2. Change of Mind Returns:

4.3. Distance Selling Cancellations:
4.3.1. Orders placed online or by phone may be cancelled within seven working days, provided services have not commenced.
4.3.2. Goods must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories, and proof of purchase.

Device Performance

Returns for Sealed Goods

7.1. Reseller Status:
As resellers, we do not manufacture goods.
7.2. Hygiene Policy:
Used goods cannot be returned due to sanitary concerns.
7.3. Refunds:
Refunds and replacements are only available for items in their original, unopened packaging, in line with consumer rights.
